Set up the first branch lab in Bhairahawa, marking the start of regional growth across Nepal.

Expanded automation in microbiology and established a branch lab in Dhangadhi, serving far-western Nepal.

Extended quality diagnostics to underserved areas with a new branch lab in Gulmi.

Further solidified regional presence with a new branch lab in Ghorahi, enhancing accessibility.

Became Nepal's largest chain laboratory with new branches in Arghakhanchi and Tulsipur, and earned 'A' category status from NPHL for the main lab in Butwal.

Led pandemic response as the first private lab to perform PCR-based COVID-19 testing in Western Nepal.

Established an NPHL-approved 'A' category reference lab in Kathmandu with cutting-edge diagnostic technologies such as Microarray, Direct & Indirect Immunofluorescence, Automated IHC Staining System, Molecular biology (PCR based tests) and Immuno-flowcytometry.

Earned ISO 15189:2012 certification and NABL Accreditation for main lab in Butwal and reference lab in Kathmandu. Alongside we partnered with Dolma Impact Fund,opened lab in Pokhara and formed strategic hospital partnerships.

Launched Nepal's first comprehensive Genetic Lab in Lalitpur and opened branches in two new cities- Chitwan and Mahendranagar. Expanding nationwide with research partnerships and pioneering AI-based diagnostic technologies.
